Online Payment Notification

We have been made aware that customers are making online payments through third party companies. Tuppers Plains-Chester Water District is not affiliated in any way with these third party bill paying companies. Tuppers Plains-Chester Water District's online bill paying platform is Invoice Cloud. We recommend making payments through our vendor, Invoice Cloud, because the fees are generally lower and the payment immediately makes it to our system. Third party billing companies could take up to 7-10 days to send us payment thus leading to shutoffs and penalties for bills that customers believed they have already paid. The district has no affiliation and no way to track the payments from companies other than Invoice Cloud and will not be held responsible for the delays in payment. Please do not use a search engine to make payments to the district. Please type directly into your browser the website below, click pay my bill, and use the link shown below to get to our billing system. If it shows anything other than or invoice cloud in your address bar you are not on our online payment website and we do not recommend paying this way. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
