On June 14, 2021 we are switching our online bill payment system to Nexbillpay. Please use the link below to make payment. Be aware as part of this change your July statements will have a different account number. We understand this will cause some confusion at first. Please remain vigilant to avoid making online payments through third party companies. Tuppers Plains- Chester Water District is not affiliated in any way with these third party bill paying companies. Third party billing companies could take up to 7-10 days to send us payment thus leading to shutoffs and penalties for bills that customers believe have already been paid. The district has no affiliation and no way to track the payments from companies other than Nexbillpay and will not be held responsible for the delays in payment. Please do not use a search engine to make payments to the district. Please type directly into your browser tpcwd.org, click pay my bill, and use the link shown below to get to our billing system. If it shows anything other than tpcwd.org or Nexbillpay in your address bar you are not on our online payment website and we do not recommend paying this way. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
Online payments can be made by going to our webpage -
Nexbillpay has a payment limit of $400.00 per transaction and has a service fee of $2.95 for credit card/ debit card and $2.35 for eCheck to be applied to all payments. If your payment is in excess of $400.00 your service fee will be 2.75% for your payment.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to call the office.
