Advisory 4-9-2024 System Wide Well Flooding Boil Advisory Lifted

DRINKING WATER BOIL ADVISORY DISCONTINUED

Customers of Tuppers Plains-Chester Water District were notified on 4-6-2024 of a problem with our drinking water and were advised to boil their water. We are pleased to report that the problem has been corrected and that it is no longer necessary to boil water being consumed. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.  All in service wells have tested negative for E. Coli and total coliform bacteria.  Treated water leaving the treatment plant tested negative for E.Coli and total coliform bacteria throughout the advisory.
